Job No. Inst./Lab /  Job Description Position / Deadline
ARL12-3 Applied Research LaboratoryCryogenics Science Center of Applied Research Laboratory is in charge of advanced research and development of applied superconductivity and cryogenic engineering to support accelerator science, particle physics, and material science carried out at KEK. The successful candidate is expected to work, in the field of applied superconductivity and/or cryogenic engineering, in such projects as J-PARC, CERN-LHC, KAGRA (the large-scale cryogenics gravitational-wave telescope project), and International Linear Collider (ILC). He/she may participate related science programs with his/her technical expertise. The post-doc position is open for candidates who are highly motivated for advanced research on applied superconductivity and cryogenics. Postdoctoral Fellow / 2012/12/25
ACCL12-5 Accelerator LaboratoryThe successful candidate will belong to Accelerator Laboratory, and is expected to take a leading role in the development of superconducting cavities for linear colliders and energy recovery linac (ERL), etc. The candidate is also expected to engage in the operation, improvement, and maintenance of related accelerators as well as in R&D work on accelerator technologies for future projects that KEK is promoting. Professor / 2012/11/19
ACCL12-6 Accelerator LaboratoryThe successful candidate will belong to Accelerator Laboratory, and is expected to take a leading role in the upgrade of vacuum system of PF/PF-AR rings as well as development of vacuum system for future light sources such as energy recovery linac (ERL).
